How to create a Quantus (QTC) wallet
11/9/2026
Quantus (QTC) is a Layer 1 blockchain built on post-quantum cryptography. ML-DSA signatures (NIST FIPS 204 standard) protect coins against quantum-computer attacks, while Proof-of-Work on the Poseidon2 hash is mined on GPUs.
Supply is capped at 21,000,000 QTC, with a block time of about 12 seconds.
Quantus (QTC) can be mined on the Kryptex Pool and exchanged on SafeTrade.
We'll cover two ways to create a wallet for QTC:
- On the SafeTrade exchange.
- In the official Quantus Wallet mobile app.
We don't recommend mining to an exchange. If you mine to an exchange, you do so at your own risk. Not your keys — not your crypto!
How to register a QTC wallet on the exchange
This method is convenient — you don't need to install a separate wallet. Coins sit on one exchange and are ready to trade right away.
The downside: every wallet on the exchange is only as safe as your account. Protect your email, safeguard your exchange account, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Keep in mind that exchanges sometimes change deposit addresses. The pool can't update the address you mine to, so any unpaid portion of your coins may be lost.
Sign up on SafeTrade.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the security settings — without it, withdrawals are usually disabled.

In the top menu, open the Assets section, select Deposit, and find QUAN (Quantus) in the list of coins. ⚠️ On SafeTrade, Quantus is listed under the QUAN ticker — it is the same coin as QTC.

The exchange will generate a deposit address. If asked to pick a network, choose Quantus.

That's it! You now have a wallet address for deposits to the exchange. Click the icon next to the address to copy it. Use this address for mining or for receiving coins to your account.

How to create a QTC wallet in the Quantus Wallet app
Quantus Wallet is the official wallet from the Quantus team for iOS and Android. The app is currently in public beta.
The step-by-step guide below uses iOS as an example.
Open the wallet page — https://www.quantus.com/wallet/ — and install the app from Google Play or the App Store.

Launch the app and tap Create New Wallet.

The app will prompt you to set up biometrics — you'll use it to sign in and confirm transactions.

Save the 24-word recovery seed phrase: open Settings (the gear icon) → Wallet → Recovery Phrase. Write it down on paper and keep it in a safe place — whoever holds the seed phrase controls your coins.

Go back to the main wallet screen. Tap Receive to get your wallet address.

Copy the address — it starts with
qz…. Use it for mining or for receiving coins.
🛡 Never keep your seed phrase in chats, phone notes, or the cloud, and don't screenshot it — that's the most common way people lose coins.
