Run the command `su` or `sudo su` to grant administrator privileges and enter your account password.\n3. Add the repository with the command `add-apt-repository ppa:ernstp\u002Fmesarc`.\n4. Update the package versions with the command `apt update`.\n5. Install `CoreCtrl` by executing `apt install corectrl`.\n6. Add the program to autostart with the command    \n`cp \u002Fusr\u002Fshare\u002Fapplications\u002Forg.corectrl.corectrl.desktop ~\u002F.config\u002Fautostart\u002Forg.corectrl.corectrl.desktop`.\n7. Run the command `pkaction --version` and note the version.\n8. Create a file using `sudo nano \u002Fetc\u002Fpolkit-1\u002Flocalauthority\u002F50-local.d\u002F90-corectrl.pkla`.\n9. If the version displayed by the command `pkaction --version` is older than `0.106`, insert the following settings into the file.
